All tools currently available on QuizGrove at quizgrove.com are free to use. No purchase is required, so there is nothing to refund for regular site usage.
Paid Digital Products — Current Status
Paid digital products (such as premium tool packs, templates, downloadable guides, or similar items) are not yet available for purchase on this Site. This Refund Policy is published in advance so you know our commitment before any product goes on sale.
When Paid Products Are Offered
When paid digital products become available, all purchases will be processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle collects payment, issues your receipt, and handles applicable taxes. Your billing relationship is with Paddle.
14-Day Refund Window
For any paid digital product purchased through this Site, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- The product is defective (e.g., a download is corrupted or a promised feature does not function as described), or
- The product is materially not as described — meaning the delivered product significantly differs from what was represented on the sales page at the time of purchase.
Refund requests based solely on a change of mind, after the product has been substantially downloaded and used, or after the 14-day window has passed are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Locate your Paddle receipt email (sent at the time of purchase).
- Use the "Get Support" link in your Paddle receipt, or
- Contact us directly using the information below, including your Paddle order/receipt number and a brief description of the issue.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Once approved, Paddle will process the refund to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card provider (typically 5–10 business days).

Your Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
